If you are 65 or older, you can join a Senior Care Organization (SCO) through MassHealth. SCOs cover many dental services like dentures. Call MassHealth Senior Care Options, 1-888-885-0484, or ask for a SHINE counselor at 1-800-age-info (1-800-243-4636).
In October 2013, a new program called One Care will begin to offer services to you if you are under 65, disabled and you have Medicare and MassHealth. One Care will cover dental services. If you are eligible, you should get a notice this fall.

MassHealth used to have a full dental plan, MassHealth Dental. Massachusetts cut this program.
Each year legislators write bills to bring MassHealth Dental back. So far, the bills have not passed.
